Upon completion of a course, you will receive a printed statement of attainment. All Safenet courses are nationally recognised as accredited qualifications under the Australian Qualifications Framework (AQF).

Yes! You may be eligible for discount through the Trainig Fund Authority (TFA). Click here to determine your eligibility.

Asbestos and Silica takes 4 hours to complete. White Card, Working at Heights, Cofined Space Refresher, and Manual Handling takes 8 hours (one day delivery ). Confined Space takes 16 hours (two day delivery).

Training takes place at our practical and theory training facilities in Fyshwick, ACT. We also have capability to offer training on your premises – depeding on the course and intended class size.

Currently, all our courses are delivered in English. We do have translators available for hire, or you may bring your own.

We understand how important it is to receive your certifcate and get on the worksite – that’s why we endeavour to present you with your certificate on the same day you complete your course.

The cost of our training varies depending on the course you choose. All of our courses are eligible for Training Fund Authority (TFA) rebates for those who meet the criteria, which helps reduce out-of-pocket expenses. You can find a full breakdown of fees for each course on this website.

No prerequisites are required to enrol in our courses. This means anyone can get started, regardless of previous experience or qualifications. Our trainers provide all the knowledge, skills, and support you need to complete your training successfully.

Enrolling is quick and simple. You can register directly through our website or get in touch with our team by phone or email if you’d prefer personal assistance. Once you’ve chosen your course, we’ll guide you through the steps, confirm your details, and provide everything you need to be ready for the training day.

If you need to cancel or reschedule your booking, this must be done at least 24 hours before the course start time. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice, or failure to attend on the day, will be charged at the full course rate. This policy helps us manage resources and ensure every participant receives the highest quality training experience.

Our courses are delivered face-to-face only. WorkSafe ACT does not permit these courses to be conducted by webinar or “face-to-screen” delivery. Attending in person is required as it ensures you gain the full knowledge, experience, and confidence required to use your qualification effectively in the workplace.

Yes, we regularly provide training for groups and workplaces. This can be a cost-effective and convenient way to ensure your staff are trained together, using examples relevant to your industry. Minimum participant numbers depend on the course, and we’re happy to tailor a booking to suit your organisation’s needs.
